Beautiful island but difficult to reach, you go by train from Hamburg Altona and it will cost you 30/person. Because of this pandemic, many of people couldn’t go overseas for holiday so you can imagine how packed this island in summer time. If you want to walk on the beach, you need to pay the entrance fee for 3/person but if you stay in the island (hotels/apartments) you don’t need to pay the fee. Please keep in mind all prices in this island are higher than the mainland, maybe because they need to pay more for the logistics. It is nice to visit the island when you have at least one full day time because the the journey itself will be at least 5 hours for one return trip.

Susis Kantine, ein Restaurant das noch den Ursprung einer Insel wiedergibt. Mit allem was dazu gehört. Besonders die Bedienung und die Sprüche die es nur an der See gibt für uns Landratten. Einfach nur schön. Das macht Spaß.
Endloser herrlicher Sandstrand.Besonders schön im Herbst und Frühjahr.
