Maybe I have expected too much. It's old, not well managed and the circle is interrupted. But the playground close to it is pretty good.

Great place to take the kids, has a little area for water walking, and to clean your feet after. Big sandy playground with water features and other play features next to it. A bonus were the very clean public toilets near by.

Very neat place. The paths are completely free, you are only requested to give donations or spend a non-refundable 1 for locker deposit. The path is opened 24 hours, but the playground and the area with lockers, wading pool and Kneipp sink are only open from 6AM to 10PM. Playground features a nice wooden ship carcass and water fun area for kids. The trail for barefoot walking is about 0.7 miles long, but it is not a loop trail, so you'll have to return back on the same trail, that causes some congestion on the route as you have to give the way to the coming groups. Picnic tables might be not the cleanest around the playground (albeit I found them OK), but if you really want a clean place to enjoy your picnic, walk to the end of the trail and there is a very nice table there with a big grocery store (Aldi) just across the street.
