Driving Stories

The person responsible for second hand Lexus cars shows very little motivation in doing his job. The overall passive attitude was also combined with a hint of arrogance while contrasting with the lack of knowledge regarding the car he was selling. I didn't feel like a potential valuable customer but rather like a... tolerated customer. Great car though. But a big part of selling a luxury product is the attitude towards the customer. And that is why I had to look elswere for my next car.
