I had my Lexus RX serviced at Lexus Forum in February of 2017. On the checklist of what was supposed to be done was the maintenance of the air conditionning. A few weeks ago in May 2017, I needed AC with the hot weather. But the AC did not work, due to low refrigerant level. So I paid more than 1.000 EUR at this dealership and got ripped off. This is by far my worst experiene at a Toyota/Lexus dealership. Charging a customer for something that you did not do is called fraud. To add insult to injury, the staff was not even courteous when I dropped my car there and when I picked it up I was greeted with a racist remark about the French (my car has French license plates). Do not go there. There is another hopefully better Lexus dealership in Berlin.
