LMX Touristik done great work for us this summer on Creta in Greece. Our primary booked hotel was closed due to COVID-19 and we got directly another hotel which was even better.

I booked a trip to Greece for May 2020, which was cancelled due to Covid 19. LMX kept me informed all the time about refund options and dynamics. In September I got my all money back as they promised.

We’ve got the mail that our booking is canceled. The hotel is still closed - that we found by ourself. We were trying to have a contact with lmx via phone or email but it was impossible No answer back. After all we rebooked via the website other tour and only after then we had a mail back. Before that I checked the hotel by myself - that they are working. Now we have a new tour for other dates. I hope, it will work ...

I had booked my summer vacation in Mallorca for 2020 via LMX. Unfortunately, Covid 19 appeared in 2020, and created lots of problems. I can only say the LMX was very professional, and they kept their word. My trip was cancelled, due to Covid crisis. LMX kept me informed and returned all the money used for the trip. I will use them for the next vacation
