Broad sports selection, cashierless payment and open floorspace made my visit pretty free of any hassle. Only 4 stars as they only seem to carry the cheap to affordable price segment, but for some equipment a higher price point is often worth the investment. Why even sell 10 outdoor backpacks? Who is the market for these?

I was on a work trip and forgot my running gear at home. Since I wanted to renew it anyway I went at Decathlon and bought the lot (about 10 items). It was a bit expensive but I paid anyway and went back to the hotel. As I went through the bill I saw that I had bought 18 items... In fact many of them were counted as double. I went back to Decathlon the day after and apparently nothing could be done. The guy told me that they had no proof of what I was saying, basically calling me a liar. We are talking about 80 of reimbursement here. I should have asked them to do their inventory or check security camera now that I think about it. If you go there double check your bill. They stole 80 from me and that is a lot
