Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Everything was neat and tidy. Highly recommend, it will be nice once the Covid restrictions are lifted for them. I believe the hotel is not being utilized at the best it can be. Once again, every single staff I came in contact with were above expectations.

I wouldn't say it's best value for money. But it's one of the very few luxury hotels in town. Standard Rooms are fired with elegant furniture, however a bit small, and without a nice view, no matter where in the house. Suites are really way overpriced, being just large but offering no flair at all. Big plus #1: the wellness and pool area Big plus #2: breakfast is tops! Good hygiene concept at breakfast!

I'd give it a 4.75 if such a thing were possible but since I can't, a 5*will have to do. Front desk was super accommodating, gave us an upgrade when we asked. We had just arrived from a transatlantic flight and were pretty dragged out especially since the walk from the train station was a PITA because of construction. The hotel staff gave us a voucher for a beer whilst we waited for our room. Despite the construction, the room was dead quiet. The concierge was the worst experience we had there - wasn't particularly interested in helping us book at a couple of restaurants and shoved a map at us saying "go here". So do your own homework. Otherwise all was great, especially the breakfast. Killer good with an enormous variety of local specialties.

Though the hotel lobby and outlook looked slightly dated, the rooms are great with modern facilities and tastefully decorated. The lobby staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Ask the hotel front desk for meals recommendations around the area.

Despite the COVID-19 limitations we had an excellent stopover at this place. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and offered water and snacks to make up for the imposed limitations. A short walk from downtown Stuttgart, close to the main train station and its own parking garage.

I strongly recommend this hotel! Read review until the end. The room is AMAZING! THERE IS A/C! This is the biggest PRO since Germany is not AC friendly country and some hotels only turn on their AC in certain days and times of the year. This hotel gives you your own thermostat in your room. The sheets do not smell like hotel sheets and bed and pillows are surprisingly very comfortable. ANOTHER THING is they use HERMES as their toiletries. The breakfast is really good! Made to order pancakes, bacon, and eggs! No need to wake up very early to get the fresh stuff. You can have it fresh any time during breakfast time. Also, there is an indoor pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna! There are also pool beds to relax. The location is good too! It’s a couple of minutes drive to downtown and a doable walk to downtown. On top of all the good things, the staff SPEAK ENGLISH and they are very nice and accommodating!
