Maybe this place should have a sign saying \locals only\. I visited here in September and it was terrible. The staff were horrible, they were so rude basically because I couldn't speak more than a little German. I tried to speak German, but they were so arrogant and rude when I didn't understand everything they said. Considering the cafe is in a touristy part of a touristy city, and run by Portuguese, the attitude to non-Germans was strange.
