I have only positive things to say about this dealership. I meet the big boss Mr. Wolfgang and his young son and they are most pleasant people i meet in Germany. Mr. Wolfgang is very professional and he did all the paperwork for me and he even get a gift for my wife. I only had to come and drive the motorcycle :) I get used ZZR1400 performance sport but motorcycle looks like it came out of factory no scratch perfect in all way :) I am very satisfy with this purchase. After all was sealed they even took me to lunch and we had a nice chat :) I will for sure get back here when I plan to replace the bike :)

Tolles Team und guter Service. Wurde immer top beraten und konnte mir meine Traummaschine dort kaufen. Inspektion hat auch tadellos funktioniert und war preislich absolut in Ordnung. Bislang kann ich nichts negatives über diesen Kawasaki Händler sagen.

Motorrad wurde online als unfallfrei deklariert. Auf telefonische Nachfrage hinsichtlich einer langen Anfahrt wurde versichert, dass das Bike fahrbereit und in einem hervorragenden Zustand ist. Es wurde ein fester Termin vereinbart und zugesagt, dass das Bike zur Probefahrt bereit steht. Alle Punkte wurden nicht eingehalten. Am Motorrad waren diverse Stuzschäden erkennbar. Verkleidung eingerissen, Fußraste abgerissen. Das Bike stand trotz wenig Besuchern eingereiht und war nicht zur vereinbarten Probefahrt bereit. Bei der Preisverhandlung wurde gesagt, dass man evt die Fußraste aber nicht die defekten Teile ersetzen oder preislich in Abzug stellen kann. Insgesamt wurde uns darüber hinaus das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir uns für ein Mopped entschieden haben, wo nicht genug Gewinn für die Firma rausspringt und man keine Lust auf solche Kunden hat.

Ich selber interessiere mich nicht wirklich für Motorräder - aber mein Sohn. Deswegen fand ich es ganz toll, dass es ihm ermöglicht wurde, auf seinen \Favoriten\ 'Probe zu sitzen' ... nettes Personal!
