Staatsanwaltschaft Köln - Shocking service, we had a police fraud case sent to them and they did absolutely nothing, quite happy for fraud incidents to happen within the german financial system Just to let you know of a recent fraud case we have experienced through a Sparkasse bank account We recently did a business transaction with a company from Germany and the funds that were being sent to us were intercepted by a scammer using a Sparkasse bank account. We immediately notified the Sparkasse bank and the company that sent us the money that we didn’t receive the funds. The company sending us the funds supplied screenshots and evidence that the transaction had been processed and we supplied the bank with screenshots and all the email communications between us and the German company involved. Both parties involved supplied all the required proof of what had happened and so far the bank has done nothing. We have sent over 20 emails to them and they refuse to investigate the issue and return the funds to us, even though the fraud happened through one of their bank accounts. We have filed a fraud case with the German police as well and we have a case number which we have sent to the bank and they continue to ignore us. Please be very aware if you have any accounts with the Sparkasse bank or plan on using them in the future, they dont seem to care at all that scammers/fraudsters are using their accounts to steal money from people and even when they are notified of such dealings by their customers, they just ignore it. If Sparkasse decides to investigate this issue, we will happily supply this information again, as well as the police fraud case number. We will keep posting this on all the banking forums and Facebook pages until this issue is resolved. This fraud case was sent to Staatsanwaltschaft Köln to resolved and all they did was make excuses, and that was only after I had sent over 10 emails to them.

Erreichbarkeit – nahezu unmöglich. Und wenn die Zentrale dran war wird man ins Nirwana verbunden. Das klaut einem nur Zeit, kann man auch lassen. Ein Stern, nur deshalb, weil es ohne nicht geht. Das ist richtig frech.

Folgende Situation ist repräsentativ: Geldbörse wird von 2 Ganoven gestohlen. Die Shoppen damit im Kiosk vor Kameras. Geschädigter stellt Video sicher und übergibt das der Kripo. Kripo ermittelt gut und identifiziert einen der beiden Täter, reicht Akte mit Video an Staatsanwaltschaft weiter. Staatsanwaltschaft checkt Migrationshintergrund der Täter und stellt Verfahren mit Verweis auf blablub ein. Und das auch nur nach mehreren Nachfragen, zunächst kam ein Brief, wo behauptet wurde, die Täter seien nach wie vor \Unbekannt\. Erst schriftliche Beweise, dass die Kripo einen Täter identifiziert hatte, führten zur kurzen Wiederaufnahme. Mit anderen Worten: Flüchtlinge kriegen Sonderbehandlung. Wofür braucht man dann eine Staatsanwaltschaft fragt man sich?

Die Telefonverbindung des Hauses ist wohl hauptsächlich für Pizza- und Taxibestellungen gut. Habe mittlerweile mehr als 2 Stunden durchgehend versucht jemanden zu erreichen der mir bei einem Aktenzeichen weiterhilft. Bei der Zentrale kommt man leicht an, aber die Mitarbeiter an die ich weitergeleitet wurde (die nach eigenen Angaben bis 14:30 (was für eine geile Arbeitszeit) erreichbar ist, geht nicht ans Telefon. Zwar ist alle 30 Minuten mal besetzt, aber sobald die Nummer wieder erreichbar ist, hat der Mitarbeitet wohl wieder die Schlafmaske auf. Keine Ahnung was das soll, aber das ist unterirdisch.

Da kann man die Polizei ja schneller erreichen als diese netten Herren hier.Lebt eigentlich jemand in dieser Gebäude.10 min klingeln lassen nichts?Gibt es da vielleicht ne andere Nr wo ich diese Leute erreichen kann?

Ich weiß im Gegensatz zu den anderen Bewertungen, dass die Bewertungen meist durch einzelne Vorfälle geschehen. Aber ich weiß das alle Beamte Vorort stets bemüht sind, einen guten Service zu liefern. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Staatsanwaltschaft, dass ich aus persönlicher Erfahrung berichten kann. Ich hoffe das sich die momentane Bewertung noch ins Positive ändern wird. Und hoffe natürlich auch dass das ganze Personal endlich mal angemessenen Respekt bekommt.

Meiner Meinung ist das Problem mit der Staatsanwaltschaft, dass sie nur Anklage erhebt wenn Sie will (Argumente um eine Anzeige fallen zulassen findet man immer....) da sie pro Executive ist, ist eine Objektivität nicht gegeben... Das hat auch negativen Einfluss in Strafrechtlicher Sache bei Geschädigten die einigen Teilen der Executive, Legislative und Judikative kritisch gegenüberstehen (was bei schwerwiegenderen Straftaten brisant sein kann....) Die Anzahl der negativ Bewertungen spricht für sich. 2 Sterne für die Pro Forma höfliche Arbeitsverweigerung....
