We have only tried the sushi all you can eat menu so far. I would recommend it, I think it’s a fair price and there are quite a few options available. The sushi was fresh and served really quickly. Nice atmosphere and good music. I would return here any time!

Decent quality of sushi in the all you can eat arrangement, however it is a bit unfortunate that the portions are rather big (1 portion 6 to 8 pieces) - it forces you to eat a lot from a few kinds instead of bring able to try a lot of different kinds of sushi. Also, gyoza is served deep-fried instead of pan seared which seems like an odd choice, especially considering that there are already deep-fried spring rolls on the menu. Overall not a bad choice for this price range, but quality-wise there are better in town.

For a shop in one of the prime locations of Colognes nightlife, I have a mixed opinion. (For TLDR scroll to bottom) For instance, while browsing the menu, I saw an item called \Chicken Char Siu Bao\, which had me intrigued. I asked the waitress what this was and she went to explain that it is a Char Siu Bao with chicken instead of pork. I pointed out that char siu is actually roasted pork, so if there is no char siu in it, then it should not be named as such. Moving on, we were a party of nine, the table we had reserved was not ready, plates and glasses were not cleared away yet. So we sat at the large table next to it instead. The waitress seemed a little confused, but let us sit where we asked. Most of us ordered ramen, one ordered sushi, with some dim sum thrown in for the group. To my astonishment, items like Har Kau or Siu Mai were sold as singular items. Never in my life have I seen that before. Usually there are like three or four of those in a bamboo steamer. The sushi arrived fairly quickly after 20 or so minutes. The ramen on the other hand took an hour to arrive. It wasn't terrible, but I had hoped for better quality. Only one slice of meat, ramen that seemed like they came out of an instant noodle packet. To charge 1 to add a boiled egg seems a bit steep to me, since it is only just a regular hard boiled egg rather than a seasoned boiled egg. I have not tried the sushi, so may go back for that another time, but until then, I feel very underwhelmed. TLDR: - Subpar ramen - dim sum portions abysmal - will come back to try sushi before final verdict

Good food for relatively low prices. Also have some items on the menu that not many places have. Just remember to bring cash!

I actually think this is one of the best Japanese-inspired restaurant in town. Sushi is great as well as ramen and so is the service. I'm leaving 3 starts because in 2020 and furthermore during the Covid-19 pandemic it's not acceptable to take only cash payments. Our neighbors in the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden have been almost cashless for 10 years and it is up to small businesses to drive the progress. If card payments will be accepted I will edit my review and give 5 stars for the delicious food and the cozy atmosphere.
