I ordered online LPs for more than 100.00 a few months ago. They sent me 1 wrong LP. To get the correct LP, I had to return the wrong LP at my own expense. I refused this because the fault lay with them (they admitted their mistake via email). After many emails back and forth, they offered me to refund half of the purchase amount. I agreed with this then. However, it is now 5 weeks ago and I have not received any refund. They also no longer respond to my emails. Very frustrating!! I have experienced this company as a very unreliable and customer-unfriendly company. They have absolutely no idea of \u200b\u200bgood customer service!
Very nice collection of vintage and new records. The clerk was very friendly even though I didn’t buy anything.
Not sure why there are so many complaints here. I found the staff and store to be excellent. Varied selection of new and used records. Definitely check it out.
