Service is good. Focused. This time on time. Last time I had to wait 30 minutes extra. But ok. Employees are focused try to be calming on visitors but also serious to assess the case and not allow any doubts or deals.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are helping you at their best, even if you can’t speak fluent German. Deregistering a car from another city and registering to Cologne took only 15 minutes.

Well, and tightly organized instution with some disfunctions (irregular, a lot of, unclear pre-requirements). However, it‘s not the rules the front desk ladies make, so the athmoshare is that of „sinners, trying to pass Petrus to enter the gates of (German) paradise (autobahn). The help was exceptional once this is understood.

I had an appointment for 11:00 and i've waited until 11:45. It was all running better during the stutdown restrictions then now. Dispite the stress for waiting, the person behind the desk was really kind and finished the job for me in 10 minutes. Even if wearing a mask is still mandatory in all public places i've seen lot of people just passing the doorkeeper without any wornings.
