I had an appointment for laser hair removal at 11:30 in the morning, the girl who received me told me that if her colleague could wait because she does not speak English, then she returned at the agreed time, nor could she attend to me in short, very bad attention of the schedule and I do not recommend it from the receptionist

Epidemic ist das einzige Studio über dem man nur positiv (professionell,sauber, freundlich,...) reden kann...!. die Mitarbeiter sind seit 8 Jahren die gleiche Mitarbeitern und ich habe auch mit allen mindestens einmal eine Behandlung gehabt ..! Ich habe mich kein einziges Mal schlecht behandelt oder erniedrigt oder sonst was gefühlt..! Ich kann die negative Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen! Wenn sie schlechte Erfahrung gemacht haben, das liegt bestimmt an Ihnen nicht bei diesem Studio & Mitarbeitern, denn sie machen alles richtig gut..!!!! Sonst wäre ich bestimmt nicht seit 8 Jahren dort und das trotz 25 km Entfernung ..!!!!

Ich komme immer sehr gerne in dieses Studio zum Waxing. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man bekommt relativ schnell einen Termin. Vor allem macht Katja einen hervorragenden Job!
