One of the most tragic customer services i have ever experienced (over the phone). No one is picking up the phone ever and they also make it pretty hard on their website to even find their number in the first place. So, not very costumer friendly....

It's always fun visiting IKEA and strolling through the warehouse picking up odd bits for the home. But always in my case the Godorf branch are always out of stock on something I really wish to have. So Butzweilerhof store is my usual choice as they usually have everything under the roof. Either way finishing of with a hotdog or picking up a bag of Orange chocolate Diam's usually has me smiling.

I must say it’s very good! The service is a little bit better considering the fact that this is Germany where service is usually rubbish everywhere. The variety and the practicality of their products is amazing. Nevertheless, they do have some products that are made of cheap materials and are overpriced ridiculously! There are better shopping options for certain items so look around before buying from there.
