Product purchased did not work out. Said they will give me refund. I followed up 1 month after the date of purchase just to receive an email that the refund already credited back to my account. I verified this to my bank and told me there is such refund from them. Of more than a month from they told me the refund was made, i am still \ON A FIGHT\ with them because they just keep on telling me that refund is already done and my bank says the otherwise! YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR RATING. But I just have to do it because I cant post this w/o hitting it!

Had a problem with my account - excellent response - immediate action- very cooperative although it was my own fault.
I wouldn't recommend buying Disk Drill or any product from this company. They made it quite clear through my correspondence with them that they are very happy to make very bold representations about what their software can do, and once a customer has purchased the software and it does not work, take a very different line when that customer rightfully asks to be refunded for an ineffective product. In my case, the Disk Drill programme claims to be able to recover lost files on a Mac. The search process revealed thousands of image files which, once recovered, were all unreadable. Of course, I can only actually perform the recovery after I have paid my money and this is no doubt very deliberate to show search results that entice the user to pay to be able to recover. Best to find a company that is willing to stand by its product and the representations it makes at the point of sale.
I bought immunify and it never worked, i kept on asking for refund, but i am made football between many support persons, bitter experience. Not recommended at all.
It is not possible to receive a refund for faulty goods from this company. They fobbed me off by referring me to the manufacturer but my contract is with them, the sellers. Now they are simply ignoring me and as an eighty year old pensioner, I am forced to take them to court. Even the manufacturers are ignoring me as well. I might add that the VAT they charged me was 20%, higher than the rate in my country. And Nathan Dreesen below talks about the Cleverbridge Money Back Guarantee. Must be some kind of joke; they ignore my requests.I am not surprised that 21 out of 44 reviews gave this company one star only. Someone who calls himself the owner has posted a reply suggesting I contact Support. Is he living in cloud-cuckoo-land. Support have not responded to my last three requests. Probably because I want a refund. Is their name a clever play on words? They appear to be a clever bridge between themselves and Nero (in my case) so that each can pass the buck on responsibility under Consumer Protection law to the other one? As a consequence of this posting Cleverbridge sent me an email agreeing a series of actions and refunding my money. As at 7 November 2018, nothing at all has materialized No refund, no confirmation of actions to make a refund. . As of 12 November, still no credit note or refund, as promised. Finally, on 14 November my refund is in my bank account. My advice to others is to persist against this company, and if necessary, go to the small claims court in your own country, not their's. You will win and it will cost you little and them a lot more. I repeat at the end of this saga, DO NOT DO BUSINESS THROUGH THIS FIRM.
