There has been construction work going on since over one year in different apartments in the same building. It's unbelievably noisy, dusty and impossible to work from home. The landlord is quite rude, disrespectful and screams at tenants, let his employees into the apartment without our consent. When I inform the landlord there is a mould problem in the bathroom (yes, mould is just another problem here), he has a mental breakdown and accusses me of personally attacking him. The wifi connection has been very poor since we have been here. For this high price (1300 Euro) and this constant stress with the landlord there are simply much better alternatives. I just cannot recommend aparto to anyone. So, think twice.

Leider sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze vor der Tür ganz normale Parplätze für jeder Mann und jeder Frau. Um einen zu bekommen darf man gerne ein paar Mal um den Block fahren und suchen, was einem auch der etwas unverschämte Herr am Telefon von Aparto erzählt. Einen Parkplatz vor der Tür zu bekommen scheint fast schon utopisch. Die beschriebene Terasse ist ein Platz ohne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Grundsätzlich ist es zwar modern, aber alles eher lieblos und kalt eingerichtet. Mal ganz davon abzusehen, daß die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt. Für eine günstige Nacht ok. Mehr aber auch nicht.
