I came to Kuhn to get a Smoking for my wedding. I thought, this is a manageable job for them. I was wrong. Kuhn needed 5 tries to make the pants fit. Additionally they forgot ordered features for the jacket and pants and managed to write my name incorrectly although it was correct in all documents. The smoking was ready the day before my wedding. It took them 2 months overall. I‘ll definitely not come back. If you come here, steer them closely, ensure quality continuously and plan significant time as a buffer before you need your clothes.

Die Kolleginnen im Geschäft waren wie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gleichen damit die erheblichen Qualitätsverluste, die bei der Produktion im Werk entstehen, aus. Leider passiert das seit Jahren und hat sich nicht gebessert. Das ist sehr unbefriedigend und ein Grund, Mitbewerber zu testen.
Es war alles bestens. Hat gepasst.
Schön große Stoffmuster, kompetentes freundliches Personal, leider etwas geringe Stoffauswahl.
