After limping in to Tough Stuff HD whilst on holiday with my Electra Glide Ultra Limited needing a replacement Coolant Pump, I can have nothing but praise for how the whole process was handled by Tom. Within minutes of arriving my bike was diagnosed, a replacement pump identified in their stock, the work approved by HD Originals Warranty UK and a replacement Road King organised for me to use. 24 hours later Tom phoned me to confirm that my bike had been repaired and ready for collection. A first class service from all involved. Thank you.

Great selection and great prices!! Harley is still expensive, but this dealerships' prices aligned with what you would expect to pay in the States. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great experience at this store. I would recommend it over the Munich store any day!
