About fishing Permits for non-germans: you need 2. 1 from this office, which is open all day EXCEPT the departement for hunting and fishing: only 08:00-12:00! Based on your own european license, you get a temporary german one for about 30. The second from a fishing shop, for about 13,- only for the area you are in. All needlessly complicated and very hard to get all the right papers in one day. If you change location, you need again another local Permit. It is very hard to identify where fishing areas end and the other one begins. Only the fishing shop owner knows. I like to fish, i am more than happy to pay relatively much money for a few days to comply with the rules, but please Germany, make it a little bit easier!!

Can't get date for Visa ( need to get Visa very fast but date gives 2 months later and no one is trying to help ) Cannot get good and right information. Not many workers. Cannot connect No answer to emails
Ich war Super zufrieden. Anwohnerparken per Email beantragt. Zwei Tage später hatte ich den Bewohnerparkausweis bereits im Briefkasten. Vielen Dank für diese sehr schnelle Bearbeitung
Schnell, nett, sauber. Zentrale Lage. Online-Terminvereinbarung möglich und zu empfehlen. Wartezeit mittels QR-Code auf gezogener Nummer im Browser abfragbar.

Bisher immer gute Erfahrungen mit dem Bürgerbüro gemacht. Mails werden sehr schnell beantwortet und wenn man weiß was man will und die entsprechenden Unterlagen parat hat, wird man hier bestens behandelt.
