Very high standard of pre and post sale support. We bought this car sight unseen depending on the reputation of the Dealership and German standards of trade. The 2016 Golf TDI was in excellent condition on delivery even though it was four years of age with 100K km of use. When we encountered a post sales issue the dealership took prompt care of it in courteous manner even though we were no longer in the country. Our experience with Knubel Ahaus was excellent. I would not hesitate to do it again.

Had a very good experience with this VW dealer. Helped me very good with the export of a Golf GTI (to The Netherlands). Also had an issue later on with the car, but with the help of Stefan Harking everything got fixed within the warranty. Many Thanks to Mr. Harking and I will definitely buy another car here.
My experience with Knübel Ahaus was great. I had to do with Mister Gehring and Mister Harking and they were competent, correct, nice and prompt. All the previous positive postings are true. Everything went smooth and fast, I got my car in a few days. I can recommend Knübel Ahaus to anybody as a very good place to purchase a new car.

Autohaus Knubel hat einen Tausch der Kühlmittelpumpe an einem 3 Jahre alten Golf 7 TDI in einem Garantiefall durchgeführt. Lob an das Team vom Service- und der Werkstatt für die unkomplizierte und schnelle Abwicklung sowie die sehr sauber ausgeführten Arbeiten. Die Werkstatt ist zu empfehlen!
