I have had a wonderful experience at this place today. Unlike my expectations which were based on the comments here, the whole experience was great. I got an appointment online and waited only 5 mins before I got called to a window. While waiting, I found that there was free wi-fi with great reception. The staff was great - very friendly and helped me a lot, given my lack of German and being completely inexperienced about the registration process. All in all - took me within 30 mins to get the thing done.

Outstanding service. Very welcoming. They work WITH you to provide solutions. Staff is patient and friendly with foreigners. They explain what you need to do. I really am impressed. The \Chef\ is very accommodating and understanding. In some other countries in Europe you would be lucky if you can get a straight answer from a Motor Vehicle Department. This Zulassungsstelle is a refreshing difference. Thank you!
Experience was great! Fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff.
It take hours and hours to get serviced (waiting line was terrible long). Staff was heplful only because they need to not because they want to, almost like they were forced to work there. Service is also very unfriendly for foreigners, talk english with stuff was very, very hard. Very unpleasent visit.
Leider geht wärend der Öffnungszeiten keiner ans Telefon auch bei öffterem warten von über 15min in der Warteschlange. Wollte eigentlich nur einen Termin ausmachen für die Führerscheinstelle da Online keine Termine aktuell reserviert werden können. Ein Privatunternehmen könnte sich soetwas nicht leisten...
