Really pretty, everything’s closed for corona but it was still cool to see. I’m sure in the summer it’s very nice. It was also very flooded during our visit. Otherwise very clean and well kept.

Beautiful setting. Walk here over the hills or take a boat through the gorge and be sure to try the excellent dark beer.
Super nice corner of the Danube, beautiful architecture and good beer. Definitely get the boat from Kelheim - the prices have gone up (7.50 euro vs 4.50) but it’s worth it. 6km, 40 minutes with guided tour and it’s always a pleasure to be on the Danube.
The abbey itself is such a beautiful place! Sitting by the river was so relaxing and enjoyable. I'd totally advise you to give it a visit once you're in the area.
Beautiful scenery on the way to the restaurant. The wait in line was reasonable and expected, plus it didn't take as long as expected to be seated...but there was a wait. Lunch was delicious, as well as the dessert. On the upside, the price was reasonable...not to expensive.
