Style and More

Unprofessional, incapable, inefficient and totally dishonest and rude staff. First we came to register and the staff told us it would take more than one hour. The receptionist totally lied about having said when we’re outside and missed the call then we would have to wait all over again. This information was not given, not at all. Am totally disappointed with German hospitals now.

Ich war jetzt für 5 Tage in der Rheumatologie. Herr Dr. Bester, mein behandelnder Arzt, ist ein sehr kompetenter Ansprechpartner. Er hat mir sehr geholfen und es war die beste Entscheidung dort sich behandeln zu lassen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Meine Mutter war in der Kardiologie und Pneumologie. Hier war sie sehr zufrieden. Nette und kompetente Ärzte. Besonders OA Dr . Grawe. Auf der allgemein internistischen Station 7a gibt es manchmal Abstriche. Aber die Erwartungshaltung ist allgemein eher gestiegen. Manchmal ist auch eben mal etwas suboptimal.

Für mich das beste Krankenhaus in Mainz. Sehr freundliches Personal auf der Station 7. Ärzte sehr kompetent. Allerdings wird es Zeit das die Modernisierung bald abgeschlossen ist. Sehr störend!!

Meine Diagnose erschüttert mich Krebs. Aber hier im Klinikum bemühen sich alle darum das es einem so gut wie möglich geht. OP , Chemo alles ging jetzt schnell und ich durfte ein Paar Tage nach Hause. Station 7A ! Ihr macht einen tollen Job , hier habt viel zu tun und oft grenzwertig-aber wie auch immer ihr meistert das. Ich hoffe euch geht es alle gut von Helfer Pfleger Arzt usw ihr seit ein tolles Team. Ich kann nur danke sagen . LG Jürgen Noutangnin
