Waited for 3 hours. The receptionist was super unfriendly to foreigners, don’t want to talk, i only asked her one question, instead of answering she just throw back my insurance card and said “wait outside”.

Ich bin Gott sei Dank nicht oft hier, aber wenn man nicht mit dem Kopf unterm Arm kommt, dann wartet man erstmal sehr lange. Letzter Besuch mit meiner krampfenden Tochter. Gut 45 Min. gewartet. Sie hatte ihren Körper nicht mehr unter Kontrolle. Aber das schlimmste, wenn die Ärztin mitten in der Untersuchung raus muss, weil sie auch noch für die Kinderstation zuständig ist. Sorry, aber das geht gar nicht!
