This was a great and safe experience. Used click and collect. You drive up into the parking lot. Staff tells you where to park, you then just call a number from inside your car and tell them your order number and parking number. They then bring you your stuff right to your car. Easily the best experience you can have in times of covid

Nicely build IKEA and friendly staff, that's why it deserves 1 star. But if you are planing to buy something, plan to wait in line for 2 hours at pick up point (Warenausgabe / Click & Collect)

We wanted to visit this store on a Saturday at 3pm but decided to give it a miss on seeing about 40 people waiting in a long line outside the store, exposed to the elements. Surely a nice store but make sure you are prepared to wait.
