We shipped our Chrysler minivan to Germany and it had several issues when it arrived. Mattusch got our van back up and running, coordinated repairs with MAS, and even expedited tire install to make sure everything was in order for inspection. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I wanted to take a moment to make a post about the service at the Mattisch Jeep Service center in Kaiserslautern. I feel that when I first went there to service my new Jeep to make sure the warranty was taken care of and the customer service was less than desired. I always dreaded going to this place to get my car serviced. I read all of the reviews and I mean ALL the reviews and it confirmed that the service was not good at all. Well after having said that and experienced poor customer service I also felt that it was as equally important to say that I have been going to this service center since 2015. However, I am going to tell you right now that the customer service has made a dramatic turn around!! Mr. Mattisch during my last two visits was very accommodating and was very friendly. It was a service and a smile that I feel deserves praises and many thanks for a job well done! So, I cannot say how your experience is going to be but hope it was just like mine. I would take my Jeep to be serviced there just for the customer service alone! Thank you Mr. Mattisch and staff you did an outstanding job and your professionalism in making sure I was informed and satisfied with my overall service was excellent! Thank you and look forward to doing business again!!

Attempted to work a warranty issue with them, seemed promising via email. Very rude and seemed inconvenienced by my presence once I was in the store. Ended up not leaving my vehicle, I will find another mechanic before I give them any business.

I have been bringing my Jeep here for over 7 years. A main reason i continue to return is the great service that i always receive. It doesn't matter what service is being performed, there is a full explanation of what was performed and what was found. They only use OEM parts and guarantee their work. In terms of pricing, they are very reasonable and inform you of the cost prior to performing work. You are also able to bring your own parts. I highly recommend Mattusch for your auto repairs.
