As a Bulgarian buyer who doesn't speak German I used a local Company to represent me and to have everything sorted with this dealer regarding a car I saw for sale. The car was a Volvo XC60 and was advertised as in excellent technical condition. Little did I know that the official dealer in Sofia will find that the car had faulty cylinder head gasket (verified by exhaust presence in the coolant) and needs to undergo an expensive repair. I asked the official Volvo dealer to present me the proforma service for the parts (not including the labor) and asked the guys that sold it to me to take responsibility and pay it either to a personal account or straight to the dealership (whatever suits them). We translated it in German using certified translator and send it via email. Ever since we contacted them with this complain they stopped answering us which speaks volumes. For guys offering service for other vehicles I believe that they were well aware of the situation and what was the REAL condition of the car. Apart from that the car is a Northern beauty and I will spend the extra cash to fix it and enjoy it. But do learn from my mistake and don't trust these guys at all. The sole reason to buy from Germany is that I believed that only on the Balkans things are sorted this way but now I see that these is something common in Germany as well. Takes 3 hours for them to change snow tyres to summer tyres and costs 30 euro, I could have done it myself for free in less than 1 hour.

Sei gewarnt! Es ist ein sehr unzuverlässiges Unternehmen! Ich habe online ein beschädigtes Auto gekauft. Nach der Überführung nach Polen stellte sich heraus, dass die kleine Zulassungsbescheinigung und der Schlüssel für das Radschloss fehlten. Die Firma Prokop hat überhaupt nicht geholfen. Es war sehr schwierig, sie zu kontaktieren, sie waren nicht daran interessiert, das Dokument wiederherzustellen und das Rad zu sichern. Solche anständigen deutschen Unternehmen verhalten sich nicht! Wir mussten uns selbst um alles kümmern - sie wuschen sich die Hände. Ich empfehle keine Zusammenarbeit

Lügen sind hier zur Profession an 1. Stelle üblich. Die Gf sind darin Profis\Zeit zum Bedauern und ach Gott ist ja nicht so schlimm\ ist vorhanden. Als Neukunde wäre ich jetzt gewarnt, denn andere Rezensionen sind oft nur weniger als 1 Stern wert, aber manche Kunden trauen sich nicht, korrekt zu bewerten.
