I bought a second hand car past November. It passed successfully through the normal periodic checkup without any issue ( at least the dealer told me this), the car is under guarantee. The same car also passed successfully by the TüV. But I figured out past week the air conditioner has not gas anymore and requires recharge. I came today to the car dealer and I had to pay almost 200 for such recharge services. Moreover, during the negotiations to buy such car, the dealer gave me two tires pack ( one for the winter \brand new\, other for the summer ,used ones , which initially looked good). Today I figured out the summer tires cannot be used (assembled) anymore , due they are in the ending of their life cycle. So based on my explanations and experiences the reader probably would conclude this car dealer is not so fair.

Service kennt man nur bis der Kaufvertrag unterschrieben ist. Ich habe vor einem Jahr einen Jeep Wrangler gekauft. Leider habe ich seit an immer wieder Probleme mit der Technik (kann schon mal passieren, das Auto wird ja nicht hier gebaut) Zumindest hier sollte man aber erwarten dass man das Problem löst... nun zum fünften Mal in der Werkstatt, Problem immer noch nicht gelöst, um einen „vergleichbaren“ Ersatzwagen (ich muss Ware transportieren) muss man regelrecht betteln und wirklich ernstgenommen fühlt man sich nie! Service oder gar Kundenservice sieht anders aus!
