Because of its proximity to Gesundbrunnen and some of the not so pretty surrounding busy streets, I think Humboldthain Park gets a bad rap. But it's right up there with the best of them in Berlin. I've had some moments of complete isolation in this park that made me forget I was even in a city. There's quite a lot to do here including sports facilities and I think even a pool (though I've never been there). Also, the landscape is diverse (and the history behind why is pretty fascinating as well). The Flak Tower is super eerie, but worth a visit for the history and the view. And the rose garden just at the foot of the hill is quite lovely (and a short walk from the Gesundbrunnen S/U-bahn. As with most parks in Berlin, the people are incredibly diverse here. Great for a walk, picnic, or a ride on your bike. I recommend doing all three! :-)

Beautiful park. I love the little streams with the small bridges, path, benches and fountains arranges around it. The sheer nature is absolutely beautiful here.

Inside the park there is a garden called Rosengarten. A beautiful and clean place to sit and spend the day, or to take pictures.

It's a huge park. It's possible to get lost here. There are large open spaces as well as areas dense with trees. 2 playgrounds, rose garden, direct access to open air swimming pool. Usually not too crowded.
