In general the employees here are very rude - finding a person who is able to help in finding what I need (which is often quite uncomplicated) usually requires asking multiple employees and then waiting around for someone to actually treat me like a customer. I've been going here for 4 years and every time is just as poor of an experience as the next. Pretty disappointing.
