Quite clean, good price but host doesn't respect guess. If there is any malfunction, the host will blame it all on you for the reason before you come it is still good. Their English is not good and they will not let you explain. If you do not pay they will chase you away and not pay back the money you paid. I had to pay 197 for the repair of the blocked water pipe even though I had just arrived two days earlier, the homestay had orther guests and the repair bill was written in German.

Comfy beds! Large shared bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Very nice staff who waited us for late check-in.

호스트 할머니가 너무 친절합니다. 홈스테이라고하지만 호스텔과 비슷하다해야 할듯합니다. 객실 깨끗하고 공용 주방이 있는데 슈퍼에 장봐서 요리해먹기 좋습니다. 방에도 멀티탭이 있고 로비에도 여분의 멀티 탭이 있어 충전 하기 좋았습니다. 관광지인 뉴른베르크 구시가 까지 걸어서 15분정도 걸립니다. 위치 좋습니다. 다시가도 여기....
Хорошее место, отличное расположение, на каждом этаже по две ванных комнаты, больших две кухни, регулярная уборка, близко до метро, всего одна остановка до центра города, уютно и комфортно.
Die überaus freundliche Gastgeberin achtet immer darauf Ihren Gästen mehr Komfort zu bieten als man hier erwartet. Die Zimmer sind top gepflegt, so wie die Küche und das Gemeinschaftsbad.
Leider sehr dünne Wände und dadurch extrem hellhörig. Ansonsten alles okay, Preis Leistung stimmt. Im Vorfeld war die Organisation der Schlüssel Übergabe etwas langwierig, hat letztendlich aber doch gut geklappt
