After that it really started! Construction team sent, machine planted and said works. Great, but this was not exactly the case! Neither correctly placed nor weighed ...! The machine just doesn't spin and although it was sold as an absolute energy-saving machine, we ask ourselves whether it will start after 10-14 times until it still spins? So call customer service, no one there, already after work, sick ... etc. Answer: \Imbalance wrong parts inserted in machine\! The machine only works with a complete filling of 8 kg. Then I learned the operating instructions by heart, weighed the laundry dry, weighed wet, washed in the laundry bag, washed without the laundry bag, stopped the machine and stroked the laundry in the drum for a long time. Nevertheless restart up to 14 times until the machine spins. Test every week for every wash. Have the machine from the company (not from Holzleitner) put in balance and all test shops again with the same result. Write a review to Bosch, they responded immediately and asked to contact customer service for clarification. No sooner said than done, but again forwarded to the customer service of Holzleitner Düsseldorf. After many phone calls, an appointment is currently not possible!
