I visited this venue for the first time two weeks ago and had a horrible experience with my family. We came early to reserve good seats and wanted to get food before the show. The place didn't offer vegetarian options so we wanted to go to an Italian place next door. On the way out an employee (or co-owner?) stopped us and offered that we should go get pizzas and eat them here. Pleasantly surprised by the offer, we went and did exactly that. Some time later, while in the middle of eating our food, another co-owner saw us sitting there and made a complete scene in front of all guests on how the food smelled and that she didn't like to see such things at her place. Probably the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced, especially considering the fancy neighborhood of this place. Also, the staff should probably have an internal discussion about what they allow and what not instead of embarrassing their guests like that. Completely ruined the show for me and I will never go back there.

Sehr gelungen, sehr empfehlenswert!
