Decent for what it is. Worth the trip for the sauna if it's close by. The pool is spacious but nothing too special. The hot tub is outdated, warm, and not hot. I don't recall a cold cold plunge pool, not that it's not there. The event sauna's are worth the trip. The proximity to the hotel makes it a great place visit without stay. It appears most of the guests just visit the spa and not the hotel, unlike other hotels. When traveling out here, we have difficulty with the spa hours and the free time lining up. Like you can go to the spa, but it's never open is how it feels with some.of the spa hotels significantly decreasing the value of the selection. The hours here seem extensive--creating flexible options in meeting all obligations or particpating in more than one thing in one stay. I wouldn't opt to stay here over a short stay at an affordable budget hotel with minimal time at half the price. If you have a few extra hours, it's worth the time when it's reasonably priced or available.

In general the place is nice, but they should definitely pay better attention to the maintenance and cleanness of the facility. Especially in the water park area, there are so many visible rusty spots, which take away the feeling of comfortableness and relaxation.
We are happy to have a leisure centre like this near our home. Each time we are there is helps to refresh and gain good energy. The only problem we have is their prices, still little but high. And also it happened many times that the lock of the lockers are broken .
Nice relaxation place near Frankfurt, but away from Covid-19 as clean and following rules.
We went there on a Saturday to enjoy the saunas. It started that we couldn’t rent bath robes (only at the hotel, with 50 cash deposit, which we didn’t have, so no bath robes for us). The regular thermal area was so crowded that we couldn’t find a chair / launcher, everything was reserved with toweled. Same inside the sauna, even though officially it wasn’t allowed to reserve seats. Anyways everything was a „mass processing“, the chairs were plastic, side by side, no quiet areas. Sauna infusions were so crowded they needed to stop people from entering. Staff didn’t understand German and didn’t help. signage was very poor, we couldn’t find the massage area and the rooms were from the 70th, not relaxing. Now the positives: there are 2 nice slides for kids and it was clean, at least. Overall: Won’t go there again.
