Only 1 staff member in store on saturday, that mostly talk private with 1 customer. No greet/expectation when entering the store, left after half an hour of zero attention. I believe the same goes for the guy waiting already when I came in. Put in more staff or ask your staff to be faster/more efficient. Saturn, on my way...

After two weeks of ordering a speaker, I am still waiting for receiving my order. There is no option in the user account to cancel your order. And their customer service is a joke. You call them and should wait for hours and no one answers your call. Not recommended at all. Horrible experience! I am still waiting for their reply about my order: W2698557

Best service ever - super cool and professional equipment, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a problem with Jabra ear plugs which were almost 2 years old. Hifi sent a complete new set, which was stolen on the way via DHL. Although DHL did not take responsibility, Hifi decided to send ANOTHER pair of earplugs, trusting that I was honest. This is the kind of service we would all wish for! I could not recommend more!
