I needed to get a tooth remove and was extremely nervous about it. Doctor Sander and his Medical Assistant were simply amazing: kind, gentle and very friendly. They took the time to explain me the whole procedure and answer all my questions. I highly recommend them and would go back there if needed.

I don't know the name of my doctor (it was not Uwe Sander, it was pretty young man), he removed 3 teeth of mine, and it was the best possible experience, considering how stressful this procedure always is for patient. Him, as well as his assistant, they were both speaking english with me, they are kind, nice, patient, they explain everything and they care about the patient. I was scared to death when i first came there, but they both made this experience as easy as possible for me.
Avoid at all costs. Just the most single awful medical treatment of any kind I have ever had here in Germany or anywhere else. Horrible experience, both at clinical and personal levels. Truly awful professionals, and not much better people. AMENDMENTS AFTER \DOCTOR\ SANDER REPLY : I might have been OK in May, but then I got an infection for several months because of their team lack of support and medical knowledge. Maybe if they had done something more than judging and mistreat me when I came back in June, July and so on I wouldn't have to go through another surgery now to sort out the absolutely irresponsible mess they've done in my mouth. Again, if you appreciate your health and yourself please avoid this place at all costs.
I would ABSOLUTELY not recommend this dentist to anyone planning on getting their wisdom teeth extracted, or any other service for that matter. I had the worst imaginable experience with the follow up and recovery process, thanks to the negligence of the dentists and staff of this practice. Excruciating pain due to dry socket was not addressed and the dentist simply advised me to “take more ibuprofen”, which I was already taking 800mg 4x daily, the maximum recommended dose. They did not clean, provide any care to cover my exposed bone, or prescribe any antibiotics for the infection I developed in the socket of my tooth extraction. For two weeks. Especially if you a non-german speaking person I would highly consider receiving care elsewhere. They are lazy to explain anything to someone in English and ignores your needs as a patient, taking the easy road of merely recommending more pain medication. It does not help that the front desk is unfriendly.

kam in die Praxis mit entzündeten Zähnen, die herausgezogen werden mussten. Man hat eine schlechte Narkose gemacht und ich habe die SCHLIMMSTEN Schmerzen meines Lebens erlebt und bin fast ohnmächtig geworden. Ich habe nur laut geschrien und am Stuhl gewackelt, wobei die Mitarbeiterinnen mir noch frecherweise vorgeworfen haben, dass die Instrumente dabei vom Stuhltisch weggeflogen sind. Ein Horrorfilm war das!
