Staff is not helpful and not very polite. Long waiting times by the window in stink, they have two windows but don't care about people waiting in the queue. Sometimes they just fiddle with their mobile phone while you wait. Generally very poorly managed, potholes everywhere on terminal site. Other terminals are much better than here.
You move too slowly
