I bought a left hand drive honda in this dealership a week ago. I needed a few detailed pictures of the car before travelling from UK to Germany and they sent me the photos immediately with a detailed information on the state of the car. The car was in immaculate condition, however they repaired a few little details that the car had because of the car age and a week later I travelled again to Germany to make the car's papers. On Friday morning accompanied by a very kind person from this dealership I did all papers. Unfortunately they do not have a service to carry out the paperwork and avoid travelling in the middle of the week but it wasn't too complicated. I am very grateful for the speed in answering every email ( which it is not easy to find) and the customer treatment that they had.
After much research on the web to replace my old and trusted Touran, I decided to buy a Skoda Yeti. From all the offers from the Web the best one was found from Wiegers. Even though it is far from ly location, I decided to call them... and it was a very good decision !! After my initial web inquiry I was contacted by Mr Lass and from that point forward everything went very smooth. Mr Lass has a very professional, direct but very polite approach. All the information requested was received within a few hours. And as a result, I decided to buy from Wiegers. Not regreting one second......

Sehr zu empfehlen !! Eine Freundin hatte bereits gute Erfahrungen beim Kauf ihres Neuwagens gemacht.Diese kann ich nur bestätigen ! Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahmen bis zur Abholung meines Fahrzeuges, hat alles absolut problemlos geklappt. Mein Dank gilt insbesonderen Herrn Benner. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben und beraten gefühlt. Zügige Abwicklung.
Miserable Kundenbetreuung in allen Bereichen, dabei teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Es gibt nur wenige nette und bemühte Mitarbeiter,. Uns sieht dieses Autohaus bzw. die Werkstatt jedenfalls nicht wieder!
Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Autoverkäufer, sehr gute Beratung, obwohl Vertragsanbahnung über das Internet; unter \sale\ sehr gute Preise, die dann allerdings nicht mehr verhandelbar sind. Viele Angebote. Termine pünktlich eingehalten. Habe den PKW gekauft.
Bin völlig unzufrieden mit dem Händler. Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Arrogantes Verhalten der Mitarbeiter und sehr teuer in der Werkstatt. Verkauf kann ich nichtbeurteilen, da ich bei einem anderen Händler zuvor meinen KIA gekauft habe. Wahrscheinlich war das auch das Problem....
