We wanted to buy a Weber Q1200. We had finally the opportunity to see some family members after a very long time and we were hoping to enjoy a bbq in our new apartment but it seemed impossible: it was completely out of stock in our country for weeks. Then we found the website of this shop, we wrote on the messenger chat on facebook to have information about the delivery and the kindest person manage to make the delivery as fast as possible (closely immediately) and guide us through the process until our country. Fast delivery, great support and amazing product. 100% recommended!

Can't recommend this shop at all! Bought something and never received it. Customer service is useless and incompetent. They also stopped replying. They do not bother to refund your money! I would give them -5 stars if I could. They should check out online services from UK. There you will see what customer service is!!! meingartencenter24 threatened me and Google with an law suit plus they still try to delete my feedback!!! Now nearly 1 year and 10 month after the wost experience of my life with an online retailer, they are still trying. meingartencenter24 I will never ever delete my honest review about your terrible service and company!!!! I hope others will follow and fight back and leave there honest feedbacks.
Grill delivered damaged; no amswers to emails, to phone calls! Ordered a Weber grill and received it damaged. Since one week no answer to my claim, mail, reminders, phone, nothing! Terrible customer service!!!
