Pretty disappointing experience. I had a car accident in Northern Germany. I asked Königs whether it's ok to bring the car and get it repaired. When the car arrived, they said they wouldn't even talk to the insurance before I had signed a declaration that I would pay for all cost. They refused to cooperate in any way with the insurance, produce a cost estimate (Kostenvoranschlag) or even speak to insurance. I was just glad that they didn't refuse to speak to me. Time is money. If they had told me earlier, I wouldn't have shipped the car 300km all the way to their shop.

Autohaus Konigs was fantastic and very friendly to work with. Mr. Friederichs helped me figure out how to resolve a TracKey I had with my 2013 Mustang Boss 302 and everything went very smoothly. 100% recommend to anyone with a US spec Ford, for any issues. Be ready with Google translate, but they are very patient, and will take the time to try and understand your needs through the language barrier.
