They provide no tracking information, no delivery date or location of the shipment, Koch, you guys might as well have no tracking at all. Maybe use UPS or FedEx to see how tracking works. Besides that the shipping is slow. 14 days and counting! For something that should have taken 5-8 days.

How did anyone give this company 5 stars? Their tracking is a joke no indication of where the consignment is and not updated. Rang me to organise a delivery today between 9 and 5 no specific time possible. Waited in all day and no delivery. Completely wasted day. Impossible to contact by phone or email or via the dispatching company. I will never buy any goods again from a company that uses Koch courier This is unlike any German company I have ever experienced I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING ANY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY
