Cute place with excellent location! I liked how this is a refurbished place! Staff were friendly. I met lovely people here. The showers were ok but could be cleaner and also more intuitive (more hooks for example), that’s why it’s not a five stars. The bonus was the free bike rentals would recommend this place!

It's a clean and cosy place to stay. Very near to the Heidelberg station. You get locker and bike free of cost with a refundable deposit. Bathroom shower was not working properly and room was bit cold due to malfunctioning heater. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would visit again..
Never stayed in a hostel this clean and friendly. The receptionist was also exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Beautiful view out the window. No AC but a fan. And the free bikes just a great extra - hint: pick one with working lights and.. breaks :p
For the price, the room was great, with an amazing view. Also the reception and the staff were very warm and welcoming and really helpful. The breakfast was great. Also you get maps, guidance, free earplugs and a lot of other stuff at the reception, you get a locker for a deposit amount which you get back when you check out. Also the tram stop Betriebshof is just two minutes away. It is just five minutes from the Heidelberg Central Train Station. The trains to Mannheim take only about fifteen minutes. Cycles are also available.
Please note that bikes and breakfast are not available, even though they are still listed on the website. The hostel was very clean and the location is great, close to the station and nearby lots of shops and restaurants. However, the private room I booked did not have any closet space and the curtains let lots of light through. There is a lot of noise out on the street, like cars, busses and sirens. If you forget to bring your key outside of your room, you're locked out and there is nobody at the reception desk after about 6 pm.
Hi, I had stayed here from october 12 to 16, 2010. I had a very nice experience and great hospitality.
Had a pleasant stay here. Best thing about it is the closeness to Heidelberg hauptbahnoff. Atmosphere here is so peaceful and the staff is so friendly. The lounge is cozy and kitchen is well equipped. Rooms and toilets are clean. The lift is little creepy :p. but can carry 26 people
Nice place for stay.Neat and clean wash room. Good kitchen ; you can prepare any thing. Very helping staff and not so from important placs. Super market is just 4 5 min walk, you can find anything for your use.
