Poor customer service. I had a test training at the gym and nobody from the very beginning cared to guide me through the gym. Once I asked reception, they advised to ask trainer, and when I asked the trainer, he replied that he is busy... and I need to make an appointment. Pretty sad to see how this potential customer opportunity is lost easily.
I normally train in the mornings and weekends when it is not too busy. Based on my experience I am very satisfied with HealthCity so far. I have never been in such a nice place to train. Personnel is very professional and kind, all service is available in English. I would definitely recommend this place!
Ich war zum Probetraining heute dort und irgendwie war der erste Eindruck nicht schön. Ich wurde nicht herumgeführt und überhaupt scheint es auch niemanden interessiert zu haben, ob ich da Mitglied werde oder nicht. Dafür 2 Sterne Abzug, denn ich könnte auch in durchaus günstigere Studios gehen, wo der Empfang deutlich besser und einladender war. Sonst ist das Studio sehr sauber, mitten in der City und hat alles, was wichtig ist.
Das Studio ist wieder im Aufschwung. Es wird mehr auf die Mitgleider eingegangen und beraten wie man besser trainiert. Neue Duschen und Sauna sind nun vorhanden.
