Hi everyone, My experience with them was horrible !! I called them to order 1x piece (12.65 Euro) of an official Harley part nr.44351 and I was told that in order to get the 1x piece needed, I have to order and buy 5x pieces (63.25 Euro), because they receive it from Harley in bags of five, and because they have only sold one of those in the last 4 years, so they have no use for the rest. Then, i went to the dealership and asked for a printed cost estimation, being transparent and telling that I want to make a complaint at Harley Germany (I was refused the printed cost estimation both for 1x Piece or for 5x Pieces) Then, I said ok, I want to buy the 5x Pieces, and they refused to sell them to me, with the argument that they blacklisted me in their system :) The manager refused to hear my complaint... I think their behaviour says it all, but anyway I wanted to share this review in case they will have this behaviour with other customers. Best Regards, Valentin
