Fantastic. Very nice atmosphere and ambience like in any Hard Rock Cafe around the world. The staff is very attentive and friendly, with excellent knowledge of English language. Food very delicious. Wide selection of beers. Interior is very nicely decorated, with various souvenirs, guitars, clothes, signatures of famous singers and music groups. I highly recommend a visit.

Hats off to hard rock for maintaining consistency no matter the location. I don‘t get why this place don‘t get as much crowd as five guys next door (which to me, mediocre and not worth the price). I ordered their legendary burger of course, onion ring tower (the best), and their famous rolls which taste like burrito LOVE. All their dipping sauces were amazing too. 10/10 will come back
It’s nice to see Hard Rock Cafe maintaining its standards internationally. The burgers are massive and delicious and so are all the sides. They have some cool rock memorabilia, guitars and accessories that belonged to Hendrix, Clapton, Elvis and many more. The staff was courteous and friendly, no problems whatsoever. The only thing is that it’s a bit pricey for Berlin, but that’s Hard Rock Cafe in every country I’ve been to. Still good food quality, well worth the price. Also, don’t try to book a table online, their system isn’t working properly - I tried it and it said there weren’t any tables available, so I just showed up and it was literally 3/4 empty. Hope they get that booking system updated soon.
I was at the Hard Rock Cafe on Friday night and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Berlin. The staff treated us and other guest with VIP service. Geronimo was taking care of us and was so attentive, friendly, personable and truly kind. When speaking to us he got eye level, which was truly amazing. Gaby ( the Manager ) was just so warm, kind and welcoming. She came to our table throughout our stay to check in and make sure our experience was great. She was so friendly and personable and made us laugh . Having this experience with the entire staff - especially Gaby and Geronimo made the night magical. The food was absolutely amazing and the portions were so big. I recommend the Mac and cheese and the bacon burger- also you have to try the brownie for desert. The restaurant was clean and all the staff and guest followed the social distancing measures to keep everyone safe. If you are looking for a restaurant to make you feel welcome and appreciated with some amazing food and service then look no further. Will most definitely be coming back. Thank you team for the best experience.
The experience in the Shop was really good. Because of Corona only few people can enter inside (I think it was maximum 4) and the workers were really nice although I spend 15 minutes thinking what to buy.
