Worst experience ever from a computer service center. Initially charge 45 euros for check up and just to replace hard drive again quoted 50 euros. Initially tried to cheat by giving a quote for the ssd of 86 euros which infact is 50 euros in the market. So guyz be careful. Incase you are not aware of computer and its components much, for sure you will be cheated at this place.

There are two kinds of computer shops. In one of those you are serviced by the sales experts and in another - by computer experts. This one is definitely the later. The guy is as friendly as a true computer expert can be. (At least he tries:) ) but the job and wares, and above all, advice you get there if you care to listen, are first class. I highly recommend this place to anyone who cares about the stuff he buys more than about the way he’s serviced. (While the service is not that bad actually)

Durch Zufall das Geschäft im Netz gefunden. Die positiven Rezensionen haben uns noch aufmerksamer gemacht und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Super netter Kontakt (per Mail und auch im Geschäft). Der Gaming PC wurde auf unsere Wünsche hin zusammengestellt und hat die Wünsche und Vorstellungen unseres Sohnes übertroffen. Auch eine Erweiterung bei zukünftigen Wünschen ist möglich. Insgesamt hat sich der (für uns recht weite) Weg absolut gelohnt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Kurz und knapp: Preis/Leistung/ Service/ Kontakt TOP !!

Ich hatte mir im Inernet (online Shop von einer anderen Firma) alle PC-Komponenten bestellt gehabt, allerdings das Falsche mainboard geliefert bekommen. Nun hatte ich einen Kollegen da , welcher den Pc mit mir zusammen bauen wollten, allerdings ging dieses nicht, wegen einem Falschen Mainbord. Also bin ich durch Fachmärkte gelaufen und kleinläden aber keiner hatte was. Bis auf Ai-Lo die Fahrt war von meinem Standort fast eine Stunde aber dafür haben die das richtige Mainboard gehabt und haben einen noch beraten. War ein super Gespräch und nochmal vielen vielen Danke für den Service!
