The WORST place. I went in to get my Wedding dress altered and she was very nice and polite. I was hesistant to give anyone my dress in fear that something might happen, but it was two small alterations; 1) hemming the gown and 2) shortening the straps. I went back the same day to pick up my dress (what a deal I thought!) and the dress was completely ruined. The fabric was coming apart, she only hemmed a piece of the dress at the bottom, and the straps were uneven. I immediately started crying and she said she could fix it, but how do you fix fabric that os coming apart? You cannot. I asked for my money back and she said no. I told I wouldn't leave without it and she said she would call the police. We compromised and she said she would keeo the dress and I would get my money back. The only reason I agreed is because the dress was ruined and I didn't speak enough German at the time to fight. My now husband was furious and wanted to say something, but I was too sad. It has been almost a year since the incident and I haven't written about it hoping my feelings would subside, but they have not. I'm still so shocked and upset and hope no one trusts this woman with anything of importance.

Hamida is a treasure. Very creative solutions, quality work, flexible, fast and at a good price. Also for some quite complicated jobs. I'd definitely recommend her and visit again.
Hamida ist eine total liebe und talentierte Schneiderin. Ich habe mein Brautkleid in einem anderen Brautmodengeschäft gekauft und war total verzweifelt, weil alle Fäden locker wurden. Sie hat mein Brautkleid sofort repariert. Sie macht Ihren Beruf wirklich mit Leidenschaft. Ich bin total zufrieden und würde immer wieder zu ihr gehen. Die Preise sind ebenfalls top.
Super kompetent! Sie weiss definitiv wie und was sie macht. Umsetzung einfach toll! Bei ihr haben wir uns wie zu Besuch bei unserer Lieblingstante gefühlt
Eine Warnung an alle Bräute. Lasst eure Nerven nicht strapazieren und gebt euer Brautkleid auf keinen Fall bei dieser Dame ab. Sie ist verpeilt bis zum geht nicht mehr. Bei der ersten Begegnung macht sie einen super kompetenten Eindruck und bietet einen guten Preis an. Wenn es dann zu der tatsächlichen Auftraggebung kommt vermehrfacht sie den Preis. Alles noch den Preis Wert, wenn sie verlässlich wäre. Das lässt aber leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Tut es euch einfach nicht an, wenn ihr vor eurer Hochzeit nicht heulen wollt. Sie schafft alles auf den letzten Drucker und treibt einem in den Wahnsinn. Habe nichts gegen die Dame persönlich, aber es geht einem im Nachhinein bestimmt nicht darum, dass man eine nette Schneiderin aufgesucht hat, die nichts zustande gebracht hat, sondern darum, dass sie das was sie verspricht kompetent und pünktlich durchführt, sodass man am Ende sagen kann, dass der hohe Preis wenigstens die Arbeit Wert war. Dies ist aber leider nicht der Fall. Nehmt euch in Acht!
Nicht empfehlenswert. Schwarze Kleid mit blaue Fäden genäht!! Nicht rechtzeitig fertig gestellt!!!
Ich habe mein Standesamtkleid Brautkleid bei Hamida schneidern lassen. Beide Kleider waren am Ende wie angegossen! Eine Schneiderin, die genau weiß was sie macht. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!!
