It's more than 3 weeks that the carrillon is not working. I asked today to a girl at the tourism information if It was already repaired, and she said "yes". I asked her again "are you sure?", And she said "yes, I saw it yesterday". She lied to me, because it's still not working. I'm taking groups of tourists every month, and today I felt ashamed because we were all waiting for the carrillon, and it is broken. You should know better the information that you provide, because YOU ARE the information Office.

Hameln ist eine schöne Stadt mit wunderschönen alten Häusern und der Geschichte vom Rattenfänger. Wer die Stadt besucht, sollte unbedingt eine Rattenstadtführung buchen. Lohnt sich auf alle Fälle.

Leider umsonst gewartet, niemand kam um den Stadtrundgang zu begleiten. Wenn man so etwas für Geld anbietet sollte man auch Termine einhalten können.
