They get 1 star from me due to their faulting booking system. We first tried to book a room with their website with credit card but got an error. After it we CALLED them and asked to pay cash in place. The guy on phone confirmed it was possible and we got an email with the confirmation AFTER THE CALL. but when we arrived they said us we have no reservation because it was cancelled because it was not paid, and said no one called them, and we were supposed to get an email with cancellation. We never got a cancellation email, and we definitely called them and have the call in our phone's call log. The guy at reception behaved like were lying that we didn't receive the cancellation email. He offered us a room at another day or time, but since it was our last day in Hamburg, this solution could not work for us. I didn't like the behaviour of the guy that said that we didn't call, didn't pay, didn't book and thus we have no right to complain. I don't know who's fault it is - may be the guy on phone didn't managed the booking in the right way, but we were supposed to pay in cash and they just cancelled our booking....

Das Team war einfach mal top! Uns hat es total viel Freude bereitet und wir wollen unbedingt noch einmal vorbeikommen und die anderen Räume auch noch schaffen! Rätselspaß auf jeden Fall. Können es nur weiter empfehlen
Wir waren bei einem Junggesellenabschied dort und konnten trotz großer Spielerzahl teilnehmen, da in 2 Räumen parallel das gleiche Szenario gespielt werden kann. Das Spiel selbst war fordernd und hat echt Spaß gemacht!
Personal freundlich. Einweisung war gut. Räumlichkeiten waren schön. Unser EscapeRoom war auch angenehm gut. Gibt nichts zu meckern. War jetzt für mich persönlich nicht der beste Raum. Aber hat dennoch Spaß gemacht!
